Sunday 2-12-2023 Today, the opening ceremony of the activities of the second training track of the Development Exchange Program “Leading the Sustainable Development Goals 2030”, the second batch of 2023, was held under the auspices of many local and international organizations and with the participation of 50 participants from civil society organizations from countries (Egypt - Morocco - Syria - Turkey - Qatar - Mali - Lebanon - Yemen - Tunisia - Algeria - Sudan). The day began with an introduction and an opening speech by the NGO Development Sector at the Misr El Kheir Foundation. During the opening speech, the philosophy and goal of the Regional Development Exchange Program was clarified, which is to establish an interactive educational forum between pioneers of sustainable civil work in Arab NGOs to facilitate the exchange of experiences and the sharing of best practices, in addition to supporting innovation and creativity in Designing sustainable development interventions. Mr. Mahmoud Kamal Abu Al-Khair - Director of the Governance and Sustainable Development Support Program - the NGO Development Sector began by offering his sincere condolences to the victims of the painful earthquake that occurred in Syria and Turkey. He also introduced the Misr Al-Khair Foundation and its various sectors, as well as introducing the NGOs sector and its various activities. It is worth noting that the program takes 10 training days, and the program is accredited by many local and international organizations. At the end of the training, participants are expected to submit a design for a graduation project as one of the requirements for graduation from the program. The members of the program’s trainers team participated in the meeting, and during the meeting, the schedule for the sessions and the rules for managing the sessions were agreed upon, and an introduction was made between the attendees.
